New Government Legislation has been introduced to meet the requirements of the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
Air Conditioning systems have been targeted by government legislation for their high-energy usage.  Those systems with an output greater than 12kW require an inspection to gain compliance andm ust be lodge with Landmark as of the 6th April 2012.

We work in conjunction with Low Energy Consultancy Ltd to provide the necessary air conditioning report, using their accredited inspectors.
