CES Roles & Responsibilities
Creating Planned Maintenance Schedules based on the HVAC guidelines and tailored to the clients requirements. Maintaining, repairing and reacting to all their needs. Client specific reports are provided including Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Carrying out regular review meetings arranged to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. CES operate a dedicated 24hour, 365 days-per-year supervised help desk, available to customers in the event of any emergency. These facilities are predominately used by the general public, CES work closely with the clients to ensure a high level of health & safety and maintain a comfortable and safe environment for staff and visitors.
