CES Roles & Responsibilities
Creating Planned Maintenance Schedules based on the HVAC guidelines and tailored to the clients requirements. Maintaining, repairing and reacting to all their needs. Client specific reports are provided including Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Carrying out regular review meetings arranged to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. CES operate a dedicated 24 hour, 365 days-per year supervised help desk. Availible to customers in the event of emergency. Understanding the importance of maintaining full efficiency at all times, CEs work closely with the client and their teams to offer preventative maintenance and a rapid responce.
