CES Roles & Responsibilities
Creating Planned Maintenance schedules based on the HVAC guidelines and tailored to the clients requirements. Maintaining, repairing and reacting to all their needs. Client specific reports are provided including Key Performance Indicators(KPI). Carrying out regular review meetings arranged to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. CES operate a dedicated 24 hour, 365 days-per-year supervised help desk availible to customers in the event of any emergency. CES deliver high quality asset management, delivering in a demanding environment. Our trained technicians work around your day to day operations to maintain a comfortable working environment.
